How do we get access to the apartment - where do we check-in.​

This is a self-check-in property, which means that you can go straight to the apartment and let yourselves in.  You will be sent all the instructions on how to find the apartment, and how to access the keys in advance. ​

We are arriving before 3pm, can we check-in early.

We only have a short window in which to clean and refresh the properties, and sort out any faults, and for this reason we it is very rare that we are able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs.

If we cannot check-in early is there somewhere we can leave our baggage?

There no is facility for baggage storage at any of our properties, please take this into account if you get to Guildford or Edgeley Park before check-in time.

Do you have wifi?​

Yes, there is wifi at the property.

Can you provide a crib for our baby?​

We do not currently have travel cots or high chairs available.​

​

Is there somewhere we can wash our clothes during our stay?​

Yes, there is a washer/dryer in each apartment, and a separate washing machine and tumble dryer in The Country Retreat.
