Prices and Bookings
You can find all our properties on Booking.com, Airbnb, Trip Advisor and other online platforms. Discounts of up to 30% are generally available if you book direct with us, however this may not apply to all dates. But in most circumstances we can match whatever discounted rate you have found on any of the online platforms. If you can provide us with a quote, or screen shot showing prices quoted, we will do our best to match the price.
Standard Rates:
£300 for one night only - rarely available, please email for availability on your date.
£235.00 per night, 2 nights
£200 per night, 3 nights or more
The links above will take you to the page for property. There is a calendar at the bottom of the page which will show you availability. On the right hand side there is a form where you may place your booking and pay online with a card.

Booking Terms & Conditions
You may check-in from 15:00 pm and you must check-out by 10:00 am at the latest.
You will be asked to complete and sign a Private Letting Agreement before you arrive. Details will be sent after we have received your booking, and the document can be completed online.
This is self-check-in property which means there will not be anyone to meet you when you arrive, you will let yourself into the property.
If you are booking more than 1 month in advance we will accept a 20% deposit as an initial payment, rather than the full amount. The remainder will then be due no later than 30 days before arrival. You will need to contact us via the email address below to request this facility.
Cancellations are free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The full price will be due if you cancel 14 days or less before arrival. Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel .
Refunds for cancellations made within the free cancellation period will be processed within 7 days.
